• Login details and usage data (logs, statistics, IP address).
• Exchanges with our support team.

Data relating to your market gardening activity

The application allows you to manage your farm data, such as:

• Crop plan, cultivated areas, varieties, rotations.
• Staff management (schedules, tasks, assignments).
• Logistics organisation and tracking of activities.

This data remains the exclusive property of the Client. The Publisher accesses it solely for the purposes of providing the service, ensuring technical support and improving the tool.

3. Why do we use your data?

We use your data to:

• Give you access to the application and its features.
• Manage your subscription and your invoices.
• Process and store your crop data so that you can consult and use it.
• Provide technical support and answer your questions.
• Improve our services.
• Comply with our legal and tax obligations.

We never resell your personal or business data.

4. How long do we keep it?

• Your personal data: kept for as long as your subscription is active, then archived in accordance with legal obligations (5 to 10 years max.).
• Your market gardening data: kept for the duration of your subscription and deleted at the latest 6 months after it ends, unless you expressly request immediate deletion.
• Connection data: up to 12 months.

5. Who do we share your data with?

We share your data only with:

• Our technical service providers (hosting provider, payment solution).
• The competent authorities if the law requires it.

Your market gardening data remains confidential and is used only within the framework of the service.

6. Where is your data stored?

Your data (personal and market gardening) is hosted with Amazon Web Services (AWS) located in France.
In the event of a transfer outside the EU, we apply the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.

7. What are your rights?

At any time, you may:

• Access your data,
• Rectify it,
• Request its erasure,
• Restrict or object to certain processing,
• Request a copy of your data (portability).
