PermaTechnics<\/strong> \u2013 Application d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e et commercialis\u00e9e par Consilium srl, TVA BE0678.957.735<\/p>

  1. Objet & Champ d\u2019application<\/strong>
    Ces CGV r\u00e9gissent la souscription par des clients professionnels \u00e0 l\u2019application en ligne PermaTechnics<\/em>, \u00e0 l\u2019exclusion de toute autre condition.\u00a0<\/li>
  2. Acc\u00e8s & Services<\/strong>
    L\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019Application est accord\u00e9 apr\u00e8s paiement de l\u2019abonnement annuel ou de la premi\u00e8re mensualit\u00e9. Les identifiants sont personnels et confidentiels.\u00a0<\/li>
  3. Prix & Paiement<\/strong>
    Les tarifs (HTVA) d\u2019abonnement mensuel et annuel sont indiqu\u00e9s sur le site de l\u2019application\u00a0: www.permatechnics.com<\/a>. L\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019application s\u2019op\u00e8re une fois le paiement effectu\u00e9 par carte de d\u00e9bit\/cr\u00e9dit.\u00a0<\/li>
  4. Dur\u00e9e & Renouvellement<\/strong>
    L\u2019abonnement est conclu pour une p\u00e9riode de 1 mois ou 12 mois. Le Client peut r\u00e9silier lui-m\u00eame dans l’application, l\u2019abonnement fonctionnera jusqu’\u00e0 sa date de renouvellement. Toute p\u00e9riode de l\u2019abonnement entam\u00e9e reste due, aucun remboursement partiel n\u2019est octroy\u00e9.\u00a0<\/li>
  5. R\u00e9siliation<\/strong>
    L\u2019\u00c9diteur peut r\u00e9silier pour non-paiement ou manquement grave. L\u2019acc\u00e8s est suspendu directement tant que le paiement relatif \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode d\u2019abonnement n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9.\u00a0<\/li>
  6. Obligations du Client<\/strong>
    Le Client s\u2019engage \u00e0 un usage conforme, \u00e0 ne pas porter atteinte aux droits de l\u2019\u00c9diteur ni tenter d\u2019acc\u00e8s non autoris\u00e9.\u00a0<\/li>
  7. Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle<\/strong>
    L\u2019Application et son contenu sont prot\u00e9g\u00e9s. Le Client ne dispose que d\u2019un droit d\u2019usage limit\u00e9, non exclusif et non transf\u00e9rable.\u00a0<\/li>
  8. Responsabilit\u00e9<\/strong>
    Service fourni \u00ab en l\u2019\u00e9tat \u00bb. L\u2019\u00c9diteur met en \u0153uvre des moyens raisonnables pour la disponibilit\u00e9 sans garantie d\u2019acc\u00e8s continu. Responsabilit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e aux dommages directs, plafonn\u00e9e au montant de l\u2019abonnement annuel. Aucun dommage indirect indemnisable.\u00a0<\/li>
  9. Force majeure<\/strong>
    L\u2019\u00c9diteur n\u2019est pas responsable en cas de force majeure au sens du droit applicable.\u00a0<\/li>
  10. Protection des donn\u00e9es<\/strong>

  11. Droit applicable & juridiction<\/strong>
    Les CGV sont soumises au droit belge.
